How we ship, what it costs, when it arrives, and how a return works.
Domestic shipping (India)
Insured shipping via Sequel / BVC for all jewellery orders, free above ₹50,000. Chemical orders ship hazmat-compliant via Blue Dart. 2–5 business days metro, 5–8 days other.
International shipping
FedEx International Priority on all jewellery. DHL Express for chemicals (where regulations allow). Duty handling on Delivered Duty Paid for select markets. 3–7 business days globally.
Ready-to-ship returns
14-day return window from delivery for ready-to-ship pieces. Item must be unworn, in original packaging, with the certification card and our seal intact. Original shipping refunded if the piece was misrepresented.
Bespoke commissions
Bespoke and made-to-order commissions are non-returnable but carry a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee — any stone loosening, prong issue, or setting failure repaired free of charge, for the life of the piece, regardless of buyer.
